The Haass Twins Turn One! | Trophy Club Childrens Photographer

I’m so excited to share with you my recent session with the cutest little twins, who recently celebrated their first birthday. When I arrived for their cake smash session, I couldn’t believe how cute the “stage” was…their sweet Momma had stayed up nights putting together the perfect backdrop. Mom and Dad even got in on the fun…what more could I ask for? I was one happy photographer! Mom even blogged about the experience, which you can read here.

Thank you Brady and Stephanie, for everything…your family is just plain awesome!

Jett | Grapevine Baby Photographer

The summer has been brutally hot here in our neck of the woods, so my outdoor portrait sessions have been late in the evening or very early in the morning to avoid the heat. Jett’s bedtime made it impossible to schedule his session in the evening, so his parents opted for an early morning session. We met at the vintage train station for his session on a Sunday morning in July, one of my favorite outdoor locations.

Jett is a happy baby who loves to hear his Daddy’s voice, and cuddle with his Mom. He was so much fun, and so adorable! John and Jesseca, thank you for the opportunity to work with you. I hope you love the results, and I look forward to working with you again in the future!

Baby J | Trophy Club Newborn Photographer

I was so excited when I received an email from a client and friend, letting me know that their baby boy had arrived and they were ready to set up his newborn session. I had so much fun working with them, and all three of them (plus Grandma) were real troopers. I want to say Thank You to them again for allowing me the pleasure of photographing their new baby, he is absolutely precious!

Reese is 1: Happy Cake Smash! | Trophy Club Baby Photographer

I was beyond thrilled when Angelica asked about booking a one year portrait session for her daughter Reese. When I presented the idea of a cake smash to my friend and client, she was completely on board and picked the perfect soft green tutu to complement the pretty polka-dot cake. We took some time before hand to capture the adorable Miss Reese in her beautiful home, and I couldn’t be happier with the way things went that morning or with the end result.

Thank you Angelica for allowing me into your home to capture a few frames of your beautiful baby girl. I absolutely loved this session from start to finish! You have a beautiful home, and a great eye for outfits…you made my job too easy.

Here are a few from your session…

Carter | Trophy Club Baby Photographer

I had so much fun with Carter’s 6 month session! He was delightfully adorable and full of grins and giggles, squeals and happy sounds. I met his mom Carrie through our playgroup Trophy Club Families, and I was thrilled when she wanted to book a session. Carrie is as sweet as they come, and I am blessed to know her and her family!

Thank you so much Carrie, for welcoming me into your home to capture images of your sweet baby boy as he hit his 6 month milestone. I look forward to watching him grow!

{Trophy Club Baby Photographer} Sweet Kipling

“Somewhere out there beneath the pale moonlight, someone’s thinking of me and loving me tonight…and even though I know how very far apart we are, it helps to think we might be wishing on the same bright star…” I loved An American Tale as a child, and today Reagan and I rented it at the library and watched it together.

How very far apart we are from our sweet little nephew Kipling, whom I had the honor of photographing when we visited him and his family in Virginia in August. He is the most adorable baby boy, a perfect mix of mom and dad. He is their first, and the three of them are such a happy little family. We love them and miss them so!

I made the cute little monkey shoes he is wearing!

The Twins Are Here!

My adorable twin nephews A and B arrived safe and sound a few weeks ago, and I was lucky enough to get to take their pictures. It is such an amazing thing that there are two of them, I just can’t wrap my head around it! I have seen lots of multiples in my life, and have even been friends with a few, but it is completely different to experience it in your own family. They are such tiny blessings, and I can’t wait to take their pictures again and again! Here are a few of my favorites from their session:
